We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a fairly quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The service here is exceptional, as the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They offered services like dry cleaning, bicycle hire, laundry, and even a wake-up service to ensure our comfort and convenience. The hotel has a great location, close to a beautiful natural park and some tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian and gluten-free. , the room had plenty of natural light, making it a very pleasant environment to relax.
The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful at all, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in providing a good service. The room was not properly cleaned, there were dust and stains on the furniture and the bathroom was smelly.

We had a fantastic Xmas stay thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the pool area, which was clean and enjoyable. the breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of fresh options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and was easily accessible by car.
Some of the staff was not friendly or helpful and made us feel unwelcome.

We loved the breakfast buffet with a good choice of vegetarian/vegan options. The hotel facilities, especially the clean and spacious bathroom with a heated floor and towel rail was a pleasant surprise. The parking was convenient and free. The location close to the highway wasn't noisy and perfect for an overnight stay while travelling.
